The reality is that these comps are why 1-hero limit is used in tourneys, and a big part of why coin flips suck. You can flex a bit on the rest, but your team has to be able to dump enough damage in a single target to erase them very quickly. It's tough to beat without running a mostly mirrored comp - at least one Lucio, at least one Winston, and a Reaper are required at a minimum. Zarya's surge clears the point out completely, but they can win coin flips before you get the charge. Winston goes through the the shield and can hit the tracers. McCree's flash is nice, but the shields mess it up. Reaper is a natural counter to Winston, but his mobility vs Tracer and Winston is a bit lacking. Especially if your team starts splitting up to chase people. Winston and Tracer both shine when they gets to jump in and then STAY in for extended periods of time. Your team needs utility and needs to be exceptionally burst-y.
